Birms, Birms, Birms - May 2019
If you are wondering what on Earth I am talking about when I say Birms... Birms is Lutonian slag for Birmingham. Something that my Boss thinks I am crazy for but also finds funny! My Company has just secured the Management of an 88 unit block in Central Birmingham, a new build conversion of which I will be managing! I am massively grateful that I am being given such a big building so early on in my employment but am really looking forward to it! My Boss and I visited the site and met with the Concierge who we hired to be on site as well as the Developers. The building still has a number of flats to sell and snagging works are still on-going but the building is beautiful. Maybe my favourite block?
