Yesterday, marked a huge milestone for #IMARET in Central Sulawesi when the team on the ground successfully organised a #TraumaHealing program with special appearance of Upin & Ipin with around 3,000 #Children and adults in temporary shelter area in #Biromaru, #Sigi who are the survivors of the recent #Earthquake, #Tsunami and #Liquefaction. . The program was a collaboration with Les Copaque, MyCare, Bulan Sabit Merah Indonesia, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia and Kabupaten Sigi with the Mayor of Sigi himself, Muhamad Irwan Lapata attended the historical event. IMARET has been sending teams for #Emergency response since after the #Disaster happened on 28 September 2018. We are working closely with a local partner, Bulan Sabit Merah Indonesia and also coordination by #Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management and #Health Division.
