These easy baked donuts are infused with the irresistible flavor of Biscoff cookies and studded with colorful mini M&M's. They make for a delightful treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie spread. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 egg. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup mini M&M's. Biscoff cookie crumbs for topping. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the Biscoff cookie spread, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the mini M&M's into the batter. Grease a donut pan and fill each donut cavity with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Ingredients: 1/4 cup 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 package 10 ounces marshmallows. 6 cups crispy rice cereal. 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread. 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies optional, for topping.
Instructions: Heat a large pot over low heat to melt unsalted butter. When the butter is melted, add the marshmallows and stir until they are well mixed and melted. Add the Biscoff cookie spread to the marshmallow mixture and stir until completely mixed in. After taking the pot off of the burner, quickly fold in the crispy rice cereal and stir until the marshmallow mixture coats it evenly. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the treats, if desired, and gently press them down to stick. Give the treats approximately an hour to cool and set.
