These Blueberry Pie Bombs are a delicious and easy dessert that you can make in your air fryer. They're filled with sweet blueberry goodness and wrapped in a flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for a quick treat!
Ingredients: 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough. 1 cup of fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 350F 175C. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cornstarch. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and vanilla extract until the berries are coated with the sugar mixture. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to create a small disc. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each biscuit disc. Fold the edges of the biscuit disc over the blueberry filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball or 'bomb.' Brush the melted butter over the tops of the pie bombs. Place the pie bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them. Air fry at 350F 175C for 8-10 minutes or until the pie bombs are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the blueberry pie bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
