Finally started training properly again.. second week in. Chest is so underdeveloped. Nice to see some striations when doing flys.

I did squats in my last workout so my legs still aching.. felt like doing them anyway so just did light/medium weight for volume. Now they hurt like a bitch. Leave them for 4 days though yey. For the main workout almost pyramid style droppingweight..each set and repeating until dips and extension fail at 8. Doing the extensions and then the dips really got the chest working in the dips. Got around 3 rounds in which was pretty nice. Midway through just tried to get as many rows in as possible without dropping weight which was hard. Sweating like a bitch. Still eating clean, gonna up the intake and weights from next week. Feels great.
