our new house !! my parents recently bought their first home after 16 years in canada & tho there was no problem with renting, it jst always felt temporary? bc they’ve always wanted to own their own place so we would never buy nice stuff to save until the day we do so now it’s finally happening n im rly happy for them

she can only follow aimlessly. footsteps carrying an air of urgency in her attempts to tail, noting only absently that they stray further away from their group. but, it’s fine. the retail chain is huge and some distance would do them some good as well. still, it wasn’t going to do them any good to just continue on like this. “h-hey—wait up...!” reaches out once she spills something in passing, fingers curling into the fabric of the taller’s shirt to pull him back. “let’s go down there—” medicine aisle. though it looks as if a hurricane went through it. still, there should be something right? “maybe we can find a first aid kit for the future... and you know...” gestures vaguely to his face, eyes fixed square on his forehead. “come on!” she tugs, lips pulled into a small frown. “let’s go.”

as he drives his car to yoonji’s place, neil couldn’t help but feel he’s going to make a big mistake by sleeping with her. unlike most of the other females in his life, he can actually have a decent conversation with her, talking about things that aren’t sex except for that day. she’s pretty inside and out, and he just doesn’t want to waste the opportunity to be with her as more than a friend but not exactly a lover. he gets to her place in no time, parking his car in front of it and locking it. he then finds himself knocking on her front door, leaning against the doorway, the throbbing of his length making him feel like he’s about to burst. ╱ @bitchstal, based on this

“we need to talk.” is the first thing she says when she barges in. it has yet to dawn on her that she still has the keys to his place, so breaking the lock with sheer force wasn’t entirely necessary. he can pay for it, she can pay for it. it doesn’t matter, not when her thoughts have been clouded by conflict and frustration for the past two weeks since the war ended and republic city’s warriors had returned.

but it’s cool. she practiced what she was going to say before coming. a good five times, including one hypothetical scenario acted out with tia. she’s prepared, as always.

until she actually looks at him and all rehearsed words go out of the window when her eyes land on the shitty bandages wrapped around his torso, remembering what tia said about four broken ribs. the sight makes her fists ball up at her sides. angry at him for not taking care of himself, angrier at herself for not being there for him. “have you not gone to the hospital for that?”
