#biting problem

yooo does anyone know anything that could help with a chewing problem ???  i tend to chew on anything i can chew on. aka stuff like, my knees, my hands/fingers, my arms,the inside of my cheeks, hoodie strings, plastic, my nails, etc. i was wondering in anyone knew anything that could help with that so i dont hurt myself because of the problem, as biting myself/nails/insides of my cheeks tends to hurt a tad more than normal. i bite myself quite often and just need something else to find to chew on so people dont question why i have bitemarks all over myself.

A lil rant abt my teething(?) problem :]

So I have this thing where I just can’t not have something in my mouth, it doesn’t matter what it is as long as it feels good against my teeth I just need that stimulation or else I can focus on anything, and of course my favorite thing to chew on is flesh. Normally I just bite my own arm but it just was feeling ‘right’ so who do I rant to abt it to? My wonderful pookie wookie bestie™️ who I’d die for! So I ranted abt it then I just fvcking asked “Hey, can I bite you?„ I don’t know what possessed me to say that but ofc my silly willy bestie said “Sure, why not„ So with her consent I bit her arm while she rambled on abt some char from crk. It felt nice and she didn’t mind! So I kept doing it.

I lay my head in her lap quite often cuz I’m a sleep deprived mf and my stupid little adhd brain went "hey dick head bite her thighs >:3„ and my impulsive aşs did it and much to my surprise she literally said “welp this is happening„ and pat my head.

She’s so nice to me like how does she have the patience to let me bite her thighs and arms randomly? 😭 I’m not sure why I need to bite… i just do and I’m so grateful for her I don’t know anyone else who’d just let me do that. <3

I like to make some things clear before you leave! So please read this last part fully! No, I’m not in a romantic relationship with her our relationship is purely platonic I am aromantic and she is aroace. When I bite her thighs it is not in a sexual way! She has given me her consent to bite her, if I am hurting her I have made it very clear that I want her to tell me and I will stop if she requests me to! But she has said she doesn’t mind. No I don’t leave marks I don’t bite hard enough to do that at most there’s very faint teeth that go away after a minute or 2. No I didn’t get this from Wilbur this is a problem I’ve had since I’ve been very little and I don’t know why I bite.

So um, you're probably wondering what this is. You know those little band things around the arms of a wristwatch where you slide the excess parts into? Well, I kinda ripped mine out and decided to use it as a chew toy, so that instead of Biting my hands I would bite it. Cuz I have a really bad Biting problem. Well, this is it after one day of Biting. I'm kinda sad cuz it means I have to go back to Biting myself, and my hand's really bruised and it hurts. :(

Is it bad that I still think about the way his moans sounded like when I bit his shoulder? How much I enjoyed giving him that sensation from just some simple act? Because that night was all about the sensation and not doing anything about it.
