subways were pretty annoying, didn't realize R trains weren't going to Jay St. so transferring was weird except then it helped me realize that there was an exit on the 42nd st times square station that was actually not that far away from where I needed to go, so I guess in the future I don't really even need to make any transfers to get up there
arrived at gogocurry at about 1pm, fc and a ton of other people were there. I was expecting barely anyone to be there but I think it ended up being like 15+ people and I don't feel like naming everyone (also I didn't actually know most of them). I guess some of them were here for nycc. anyway later bitmap, lily, and easynam arrived and we all went into the restaurant at the same time and ordered curry and stood outside waiting for everyone.
went over to bryant park and ate there. bitmap easynam and I drew for a bit. also those pigeons are barely afraid of anything, even compared to most other pigeons I have seen. then we all headed over to a starbucks and sat around for a while and then went to nintendo world where a lot of them bought the new pokemon game. there was also some free stuff (foldable pokemon visor hat things with pictures of the starter pokemon, and some posters). hflw arrived when we were heading out.
walked over to book off and looked around for a while. they moved some things around since last time, I had no idea where the old CDs section used to be (or if it even existed)
sat down at a place near book-off and josh and some other people went back to nintendo world to exchange his x version for y because he didn't like the deer legendary. drew a bit (other people played their pokemon) and then
went to new wonjo for dinner. actually saw someone from college at the entrance though I don't think he remembered my name but that's fine. ate food and then bitmap easynam and I went to port authority where bitmap took his bus (except actually he missed it and waited for the next one) and easynam and I walked around to find a place to sit and draw and ended up going to the nearby starbucks.
took subway home at about 10pm, spent a significant portion of the train ride going through all the acnl streetpass houses. also at some point in the day I streetpassed someone that I've streetpassed a few times in the past, so I'm assuming whoever they are, they were probably at nintendo world at the time we were there, or just out somewhere possibly doing nycc things. that's kinda cool
