We started working with back boleos in tango class the other night. Since I'm obsessed with heel clacks, this is what I came up with messing around later. #beachyogagirl you have inspired me to focus on yoga and save for a #glidesup lotus board. I live right next to the marina it only makes sense. I love #pilates and they are similar. #flowyoga is my style and I love all the balance poses like crow and headstands. Here is to the May challenge and can't wait to get some #bitsybottoms.
