Good and interesting question!! Well, in the world of Elunia they don’t have terms for romantic or sexual orientations, people just are and everyone is okay with it ^^ so he never realised that he was aromantic in those terms;

But! That doesn’t take away that he could’ve been like “why is everyone falling in love and I’m not?” but he didn’t have anything like that either :) he was just… never really interested in falling in love in the first place? As soon as his parents discovered his power, they took him on a travel to a nearby place to see whether his power was indeed what they thought it was, so travelling (or in other words, not-settling-down) has always been a part of his character, so he never felt the urge to settle down with anyone either or connect himself to someone so closely. Travelling /together/ he would rather do with good friends or family! So I think the second part of your question is true, that he has always been like that! I do think at some point he shortly thought “oh I don’t fall in love, well okay *shrugs*” haha! (Which he realised at like 16/17!) 

However, since I think that #representation is important as well, I still tried to portray Peter as clearly aromantic without mentioning the name in canon :) (because it’s a pretty significant part about Elunian culture that they don’t have terms for orientations! So Emily doesn’t use the terms in the story, but outside canon I do to explain what they are in our world :) hope I explained this well!!)

😷: Have you ever scrapped one of your ocs and used their backstory / interests / ect. for a newer one?

Well, I think none of my OCs themselves were scrapped, but that their original versions were scrapped to create better versions! (But perhaps that is the same xD) For example, when I started the story I was (unfortunately D:) still in the atmosphere of the heteronormativity (it was a long time ago), and Stanlo was named Stanley back then and Luciora was Lucy, and at some point I low key made them fall in love. Thank god when I rewrote it and got rid of all the heteronormativity of my universe, Stanlo became an amazing gay guy and Lucy became a raging biromantic asexual so bless the heavens. When I rewrote everything I also got rid of all earthly names and gave them unique ones (because I found it unrealistic that on another planet everyone had earthly names… ^^) So all characters have gone through a large development and some original points were scrapped, but all for the better!

😍: Which OC is your favorite? Unexpected favorite?

Emilaya is my favourite, just because she’s been with me for such an incredibly long time and I treasure her so much. But my unexpected faves are definitely Lucy and Miu. I never disliked them but I didn’t expect to love them so much! Tbh, I intendedly tried to create a storyline and personality which made Lucy likeable because she is basically the only main Nenoflora of the story and she deserves so much, and through writing her I started to love her??? I’m happy about her development (both in the story and her creation itself) and she is still being developed. I think for me personally Lucy is the character who has always been most difficult to create but I’m not sure why! Perhaps I’m still not sure who she really is (which corresponds with my own life lmao). The only thing I do know is that I like her and that Emily likes her too and we both want her to be happy in life because we think she’s great hahaha. And Miu just came out of nowhere and suddenly had so much potential, and he’s my son you know T0T and his life and development is one of the most interesting and complicated ones of the story!

🖓: Is there a OC you have that just doesn’t click with you yet?

Oh yes, there are a few I just can’t get a good grip on haha, there are a few that I just… don’t really like, for example Aliciora, and there are a few I’m extremely indifferent to, like Catalía and Stelia. I still tried to make them a bit rounder but especially Catalía has never received much attention :’) the same problem is with Liané and Stelia, although they have developed a tiiiny bit more. It’s just, I don’t feel much when I’m writing those you get what I mean xD It’s so funny how there are those who are just so easy to write and then those who just, you know, bump into you every time you try to write them xD

Well, there’s not that much to tell! Just that he has never been in love with someone or has felt the need to be in a romantic relationship with someone ^^“ he’s extremely content on his own; sometimes his sister (Emily’s mom) teases him about finding a lover but he always responds that he’s married to his power xD there have been people who were low key (high key probably too) in love with him but he’s never accepted someone’s love or tried it. He is way more of platonic relationships with people, like, he and Emily are partners in crime for life and he’s great friends with Andrez (Emily’s father) too! But he wouldn’t want to spend his life with someone; he’d rather crash at Emily’s family’s place or travel the planet haha

He does experience sexual attraction sometimes but doesn’t do anything with it, especially when the person he’s attracted to is attracted romantically to him because he knows he won’t fall in love with them ^^” he spends his life like a family man (but not like a family with his own children) and a solitary traveller!

Tracones are giant, dragon-like creatures and most of them are dark red :D they come in different sizes and have many different amounts of tails~ their fire is a deep, darkish red and their wings are incredible and bat-like! I should draw one one day als--OH MY GOD I DREW TRACONE WINGS A WHILE AGO I WILL POST THEM IF FIND THEM!! KANSBDKA Anyway back to the story haha sorry!! But yes Tracones live in the Kriu Highlands and at the bottom of the Highlands lies one of the Big Fifteen, which are the fifteen biggest cities on the planet. The city is called Traconápolis ("City of Tracones" #surprisehahaha) and many Neflora live there. But only a selected few are allowed to actually get close to the Tracones because they are naturally very dangerous and don't like getting close to any kind of creature, Neflora are no exception to that rule~ the only Neflora who are allowed to get close are either those who have powers like fire or heat, or some who can't get burned lol. And of course those with the power of Tracones themselves, like Bellány! But there are veeeeery few Neflora who ever had that power. The reason she has it is because she's a descendant from the Tracone Lord. The Tracone Lord lived in Traconápolis hundreds of Orbits ago and had the power of Tracones himself. Because he had it, he was actually able to tame and befriend Tracones. Even those who are allowed to get close these days, cannot tame them. Alright so! At some point she'll go to the Kriu Highlands, meet the people of the city and discover she actually is a descendant of the Tracone Lord (of which she didn't know he existed lol). Tbh each of the Neflora city holds some kind of secret nobody knows of I discover now xD I know of at least five of the fifteen who hold a secret lol this is pretty cool I should think of a secret for each city hahaha Anyhow :D when she's there she discovers she can tame them as well and everyone is like holy shit!!!!!!! And she's also like holy shit!!!!!! And she becomes friends with them and is actually the happiest girl in the world. Poor Yason who's still behind in the capital :') And that's the story of Bellány and the Tracones and the Tracone Lord! 😊 she'll become the Tracone Lady 💪🏻

~ How They Change: Bella doesn’t change much to be honest! The qualities she begins to show throughout the story she already had in her, but circumstances allow her to actually show them; things like her courage or how she will (or at least desperately wants to) do anything for her friends. At least she becomes less timid throughout the story and MUCH more powerful! 
~ Why You Love Them: she’s just so great to write?? She’s one of the few characters I always know of how they respond to situations. She’s the crazy girly character of the story and her love for Tracones is bigger than her love for herself :’) she’s just a blessing!! 😄 and a spirited presence by Emilaya’s side~

a fact abt my oc: they like to have fun colours in their hair and often re-dye it, even tho they don't really enjoy standing out, so they wear neat simple clothes and don't speak up very much. the hair is the only thing they let themselves express their personality with. :)

Omggg that’s cool :D I love it that they express themselves through their hair colour that’s cute~ what’s their favourite colour??

Fact about mine: the creatures of my story live in a world in which their magical powers determine the colour of their hair, so some of them have really flashy natural hair colours! :O In actuality Emilaya (my main OC) should have a pretty flashy colour since she has the magical power of the rainbow but since she was created years and years and years ago and I gave her blond hair at the time she is still blond xD she likes to decorate her hair with flowers tho!
