Memory Meme
❥ - a childhood memory
The cold shock of water pierced through his body, freezing him through the bone and knocking all the air out of his lungs. He struggled and kicked his way to the surface, breaking through it a splash of shimmering droplets and coughing the water that had entered his nose out through his mouth. “Dad!” He shrieked. “No fair!” His dad sat on the edge of the dock, jeans pulled up to his knees and feet dangling in the water. One hand was over his stomach as he let out huge belly laughs. “Sorry, kiddo. But if I had to wait for you to test how cold the water was again, it’s be sunset already.” Stiles scrambled his way to the dock and pulled himself out of the lake, shaking the water off like a dog, before he aimed a weak kick at his dad. It got him square on the arm, making him let out an, “Oof!” which made Stiles feel mighty satisfied.
The soft jingle of his mother’s gentle laughter caught his ears as he looked over to her coming on the dock. “He teasing you again, honey?” She asked, to which Stiles nodded. “Alright, well enough playing around. The hot dog’s are ready, so let’s eat.” As she said this, she looked over to her son and winked. Stiles blinked before he realized what she was planning, and then he smirked. At the same time, like a well-oiled machine, she and him bum rushed his dad, planting their hands on his back and giving a huge push. His dad toppled off the dock with a yelp like a puppy dog and splashed into the lake. Stiles laughed and jumped up and down, high-fiving his mom before she and him trotted back to the picnic table. His dad resurfaced and called out, “Okay, we’re even!” Then, he too crawled out of the lake and went to join his family for their picnic.

Winded by the pain, Derek mustered up the energy to enlight Lydia of the situation, ‘hunters. They had a mage accompanying them, and he masked their tracks. Caught me unaware.’
❛ oh my GOD. come on, i’ll help you up. ❜ her arm slipped under his, and she aided him in standing. lydia knew that he was in PAIN, but they needed to get OUT of there just in case the hunters came back. ❛ will you heal? ❜

Trouble with the RA
@bitteredhale
Allison stood at her door as she looked at the list of students on her hall. She was the RA on the floor and it was her first year doing it. It made her nervous but she could do it. She stopped at a name. Derek Hale. That name seemed familiar. She couldn’t place it. A couple of parents stopped her and asked a question. “That’s the floor above us.” She said with a smile on her face.
✗
Send me a ✗ to hear about a physical scar my character has.
Chel had a few scars, some are self inflicted from when she was younger--never in a school for longer than a year or two so she didn’t have friends and lost all confidence in her ability to make them. Depression is definitely one of her demons though as she got older and gained more control over her life it’s definitely become more manageable. So she’s got a couple thin white scars around her wrists and arms.
However she also has some scars from healing others, if she doesn’t have enough energy to heal herself afterwards then she’ll generally be like “fuck it” and just let the wound heal naturally and scar.

Lydia closed the door quietly and then turned around, strutting towards Derek. "What the hell happened out there?" She spoke in a harsh whisper.
