Saeros: you look like you just saw a ghost
“I feel like I have.” Beleg sat down, pressing his hands over his eyes for a moment, as if he could erase the image from his mind.
“It was only a dream. The dead do not come back.”

OKAY
So I’m going through my threads on my phone and reblogging all of them. The ones that need replies from me are tagged with “DO NOT REPLY,” and the ones that need replies from my partners are tagged with “most recent”. I’ll go back and delete the DO NOT REPLY ones after I’ve given a response.
SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ALL, LOVE YOU
"At least bandage it."
“Does it really look that bad?” She dabbed at the scrape dubiously with a wetted handkerchief.
"I was thinking of taking a walk, maybe." Saeros swept a pile of papers off the guest chair and sat down opposite Erestor. "Up the far end of the valley. Would you like to join me? Such experiences are better shared."
Erestor set down his quill, looking up.
“A walk?” he glanced at his piles of paper, considering it. “Yes, I’ll join you. Let me change, first. These shoes are hardly suitable.”

This small town hadn’t heard what had happened yet, they thought, but Aradir could tell that people were divided. They had discussed the best way to approach this, and it turned out that just walking in like nothing had happened made it obvious that they did know what had happened. Grairy, his bodyguard, threw him down as a lit torch came hurtling across the square towards him.
And then hell broke loose.
It wasn’t exactly a riot- more of an enlarged squabble. More and more people were coming to see the two groups argue, whilst Aradir backed away into one corner, out of sight.

"He's a bit grumpy, it's hard to miss, but's he's alright underneath it all."
Omg I haven’t been on for over a month I hadn’t realized! I’m so sorry guys, things got hectic 😢 But I am back!
Saeros stopped running and leant against a tree, realising that he couldn't hear Rossiel behind him anymore. Bloody minstrel! They would have made much better progress had they taken to the trees, but no matter. Where was she?!
“S... sorry.” She eventually caught up gasping, the very picture of disarray. “Took... bit of a spill over a root,” she managed between gulps of air. “Had to... had to hide in the brush ‘til I was sure we’d lost them.”
