Quarantine stress-baking! These are thumbprint cookies: the four purple ones are the tail end of a jar of blackberry jam, while the orange ones are a homemade marmalade that I did with a bag of overly-tart mandarin oranges ^_^

I made my mom’s zucchini bread this weekend! Our secret: lots of cinnamon. This was one of three loaves, but the other two are in the freezer. A perfect treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

Just a quick Easter bake for the fam - Lemon Scones! I used whole wheat flour instead of AP, it brings out more flavor.

We don’t get bready, we stay bready! Guys my kitchen smells so good! Broke out the whole wheat flour and did what I do best...bake my lil’ heart out.

I made Portuguese egg tarts because I've lost control of my life and no longer have an accurate sense of time. They are really, really good though.
