Honestly? Vanilla.

Mint Chip and Rocky Road are nice, and anything with Chocolate and Fruit is great, but I’ve never been upset by vanilla. It’s just lovely.

You can make some nice jam out of mangoes. 2 parts mango, 1 part sugar, cardamom, pinch of salt. Combine sugar, salt and mangoes to macerate, simmer over medium heat while stirring, and either 1. Jar and can under pressure. or. 2. Let cool and eat on toast, cake or ice cream

This sounds like a terrific recipie for someone who can eat mangoes- they, and a lot of other fruits give me mouth sores and stomach pain.  But I’m pretty sure @systlin and my sister will really enjoy this so thank you!
