January 22nd, 2020: Hello hello, RTG Supporters, It has been a while! Here’s what’s been going on BTS:

🏅 Contributor Progress: We have officially passed Concept Check-in on the 15th! The contributors have some amazing ideas and had done some great progress on their sketches for check-in 1 due the 31st!

🏅 Introductions: RTG Committee Members [mods] and RTG Guest Athletes [guest contributors] have been posted; RTG Athletes Lineup will be (tentatively) posted on the 31st, and Spotlights starting the week after.

🔥 Carrd Update: We have some new details on our project, which will be added into the Carrd this weekend!

🔥 Special Events: We’ll be hosting a contest later in the creations period! More details TBA.

🔥 Branding Change: In order to avoid copyright issues with the Olympics, we will be changing our logo, banner, and other images, along with our social media handles.

December 26th, 2020: Hello hello, Road to Gold Supporters, Here is our very first publication of our ROAD TO GOLD FANPHLET, for our very first biweekly checkpoint of our zine process! Let’s take a look at what’s been going behind the scenes:

DONATIONS SENT!!

January 19th, 2023: Happy New Year, Supporters!!! After a bit of a delay (my apologies) I have finally gotten to donating the funds. It was a little tricky because honestly, I found myself feeling so odd closing this project. This is a project I’m so thankful to have started, as I found myself working with one of the most strongest team of contributors and mods, and the sweetest most nerdy community. I’ve loved every bit of it. It’s been an honor y’all.

With that being said, this is the end of this project. The socials and email will remain, however it will be inactive and unsupervised. Should you have any inquiries, you may email me at [email protected].

December 27th, 2022: Hello Supporters! Made progress with shipment - read below!

🏅Shipping Status:

I’ve officially finished packing and labelling all the remaining packages! Customers, you should receive the tracking info via your email. Please check your spam, other folders, etc. and then should you not find it, please let us know and I can resend! All packages will be dropped off at the post office by Friday!

🏅Tentative Schedule:

December 27th: finish packing and labelling remaining packages. Send tracking info. By December 30th: drop off packages at the post office. Post update confirming this. January 8th: donations sent to our charity (Good Sports); announcement is made of this, with screenshot of receipt as proof of donations. January 15th: closing post is made, socials and email become inactive/unsupervised.

December 4th, 2022: Hello Supporters! Shipping has been admittedly slow, my apologies... please read below for the explanation. Thank you so much for your patience!

🏅Shipping Status: I have about 3 - 5 or so customer packages to send - it’s taken a bit of time, due to having fallen ill with COVID in October, then was able to ship out a few packages in November but then became quite busy with work and school before I was able to send out the second batch. I will 100% send out the last batch before end of month. This week specifically is when I’m aiming to, but I do not want to say something until I am absolutely sure. My apologies again - if you have any issue regarding your package or would like to inquire more, please email us [email protected] !

October 8th, 2022: Hello Supporters! This is one of our last ever Biweekly Checkpoint Fanphlets we’ll be publishing as our project closes down... feeling so sentimental! Here’s what’s been going on behind the scenes:

🏅Shipping Status: I’ve just sent out tracking #s for those leftover sales orders that have been shipped out. I have about 8 left, which will be shipped out throughout October, as my local post office has a special shipment discount deal occurring once a week for limited amounts of packages! In the meantime, digitals have been sent out - let us know if you have not received it, and we will resend!

🏅Tentative Schedule:

October: ship out orders; contributors claim the rest of the items. November: 2 week pause where you can contact us in case of any package issues. November 13th: Donations sent, receipt and project closing announced!

July 6th, 2022: Hello Supporters! Nearly one year anniversary of our beloved Anime XOver Games... if you know what we mean! Here’s a lot awaited but very exciting updated for you all:

All packages have been shipped out (safe for about 4), along with tracking info if your country was one of the ones in the list / you have purchased it!

We hope that as you receive your package, you’ll post pics of it on our socials for us to share, as we’d love to see it arrived safely! It’s also super nice to see the results of months of hard work from the Team and support from all of you <3
