I love that recast forums has both legit AND recast on their market. The prices are fair because people KNOW a lot of their legit dolls are recasted and could be bought for less anyhow, with the exception of fullsets and non-recasted dolls.

We don’t know what forum you refer to but recastbjdhaven is the only one having server problems right now. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them. Castawaydolls and recastBJDhaven use the same http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php so maybe another anon can help.
I repeatedly tried to sign up on castawaydolls but I get an error saying The user (xxxxx) with Email (xxxxxxx) is a Spam, please contact forum administrator. I don't know how to contact them, do you know why I can't sign up? :/

ya know whats killing me? that castaway is the new doa. everyone goes there just to use the mp, and they go to recastbjdhaven to chat. then again not surprising, castaway if full of anti dicks and admin asses now. just like doa.
I really wanted to join the Castaway forum, but everytime I try it classifies me as spam ;_; I really hate that this forum has no opportunity to contact a mod, or gives codes or whatever to join. As far as I know this is the only place for marketplace where recasts are allowed, which also bothers me.

I have the feeling no one's given me an invite to DOA because I'm recast neutral. Listen, just because I support those who may buy recasts doesn't mean I own one-all my dolls are legit.
I don’t think it has nothing to do. Even if you own recasts as long as you don’t post them on DoA they still have to give you the benefit of being a member. Just don’t post recast or disobey the DoA rules but otherwise there is no real reason to deny the membership based on your pro or neutral recast views.
Did you try Castaways forum?, they are getting large and they also have a MP to buy recast or legit dolls all the same. Information it’s wildly spread now. Please Anon let us know if we can help in any way.

i think I may want to keep my two MSD dolls... actually :3 I can always sell the other when i want to buy this damn car*, but for the timeb being I could keep it.
turns out i got admitted to another forum from-my-country. it's - suprise-surprise much better than the other one, also from-my-country, and several other forums I've been on by far. So, seems like, next to the Castaways, I found another nice place (never give in, guys, you WILL find such a place eventually;)
the rest still needs to wait and I need to continue to calm myself;) And the homework isn't a high-school kid either - I mean, it won't do itself on its own...
*I actually want it 'real baaad' :P
Sometimes I really wish I could just make a new BJD forum... I want to put my web design and development skills to use in the community, but that seems super impossible unless it's just starting from scratch. ><
The problem is that I've heard stories about people starting new groups only for them to fail after a couple days... Plus, there's already so many forums out there, and everyone always goes back to DoA, Facebook pages or Tumblr.
Maybe I'll just have to stick with designing my blog and deviantART page. xD
