There's this person who acts as a proxy in the doll community, especially for cheaper and blind box bjds. I normally only pay through PayPal business, but they only accept F&F. Fine. I wasn't 100% comfortable with that, but they've been doing this for a long time, they have great feedback, they are widely known and deeply trusted.

But the longer I wait for my doll, the more I hear about people getting screwed over by others in the community—artists, companies, sellers who were previously well respected and trusted, just like her. And it's driving my anxiety through the roof.

My dolls can't get here soon enough.

No idea who this is4 m1mir person is, but from what I’ve gathered from the person who is raging up such a storm tantrum they’ve submitted multiple confessions about them, they’re the one who very kindly let a certain JP artist know Sophie was being shitty and racist about them behind their back and bragging about breaking their rules by reselling and profiting off their work. So the fact that I’m supposed to believe they’re the villain in this story is extremely funny but also on brand for Sophie and her fanclub. Anyway no, anon, a single artist having the freedom to not want to sell to proxies who feel entitled to their work is not ‘ruining someone’s proxy business’. There’s plenty of other people and businesses Sophie can buy from and it’s gross that you think they’re all just machines who make stuff for you alone and should shut up and deal with being disrespected.

To the person who wrote the big rant about people including c0rgskee getting bisque dolls and reporting proxies - I know exactly who you are, you're a miserable little shit who pretends to be Japanese and stalks every non Japanese participant in V0lks things visiting Japan even though you yourself are non Japanese. You're also the same person another anon mentioned a while back who all but ruined the hobby for them because you got too bent out of shape that they won a Bisque legitimately for THEMSELVES in PERSON and you didn't. So don't pretend this is about proxies only. Yeah there are bisques on yahoo auction THE SITE FOR JP USERS!!! Stop with this ‘all foreigners are bad except me the superior foreign v0lks fan' nonsense when plenty of JP users are doing the same shit you're saying all GL members do. E1phsnt, if this pissed in your cereal so badly you need to 'withdraw from the hobby' then I hope you do. You make it more miserable for everyone else because you just can't handle the fact that other people have won limited items you feel entitled to. Go find a new hobby that doesn't involve you being such a freaky stalker to people and get a life while you're at it. Bjdsingap0resales creeped me out a little. Just because I shared posts about the latest g0kid0ll preorder, they dmed me, trying to push me to buy the new head. I've never seen a proxy do that before? It was so weird? I wasn't particularly interested in the doll to begin with, just sharing posts because I like the artist and want to support them...

Seeing e1phsnt talk about how she wanted a Luna so badly she had to get one from Vo1ksUSA sure is interesting. So, it's ok to utilise services that can buy you a doll from a certain country that would normally only be possible to people who live in that country after all! Since you live in Japan and thus can't buy from volksUSA. That's called a, wait for it! proxy, yes? Oh but don't you report people to Vo1ks for that and send them weird threatening messages anonymously? Weird. Let me get this straight then. So it's ok for YOU to use proxies to get what YOU want, but anyone using one to get something THEY want gets stalked and harassed by you. The self appointed Vo1ks Police they never asked for? Noted. You're a weirdo AND a hypocrite! Hope Vo1ksUSA catches on and doesn't allow you anything, I mean them cracking down on terrible proxy people is exactly what you want right?
