Newer collectors in this hobby need to learn delayed gratification. Not sure if it's a generation thing (I'm in between gen x and millenials). The younger end of gen z and gen alpha getting into bjds and wanting everything to be there at the drop of a hat and perfect instantly but unwilling to shell the amount asked for a complete secondhand doll they can immediately get their hands on or are venting out about losing their spark for the doll because of the long production waiting time makes me think they didn't do much research. Or they aren't mentally, emotionally, and financially prepared for a bjd. It's a toy, yes, but a luxury toy nonetheless and they are not mass-produced so you can't have them now, at this instant, at this second.
