Why does everyone get so pissy about beginner artists selling beginner dolls? You don't have to buy them.

When I first joined the hobby I saw nothing wrong with recasts, then even purchased a few. But through the years as I became an artist myself I realized I wouldn't want my work stolen and resold either. It wasn't due to the the people constantly saying how bad it was to own them, but due to my own realization.
[I want danny choo to blacklist me from my own home]
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the creator of smart doll is straight up blacklisting customers who have criticisms with his product :/
BJD fun blog
Yay long time no see.
Let’s get right into it:
If an order of something that small takes a company (even a small company or whatever) such a long time, i would get my money back. Easy. And yes, lies are an absolute no go.
Next one:
Luckily YOU don’t have kids because if, you would now: this is not even slightly funny!
And this one:
*Had to google and was disappointed* BORING and childish great (yes it is not my tast, but maybe yours?!)...looks like somebody is still loving to play dollhouse. (For me BJD are for esthetic pictures, like models and not playing doll\dollhouse with them so NOPE! State: my personal Opinion and maybe i am not the guy to play with dollhouse i don’t know)
And this one:
This person created the doll, if it kinda looks like a Pokemon so be it. IF you are THAT jealous about this person getting money out if what he made by hand....MAN \ WOMAN \ THING you are in the FALSE hobby.
And last one:
IF this person is that good in copying let her be. GOSH like how jelly peeps in this hobby are against somebody else....man...
That’s it for today.
If you don’t like what i have to say: GOOD for you i guess, just make a post on your OWN blog but don’t bore me with it.
For everybody else: have a great and sunny day.
I really feel like boobs on girl dolls is always some sort of after thought for most companies. It's like they go through all this trouble to make a nice, curvy body, then lump two cantaloupe halves onto her chest and call it done. I like big breasted dolls, but come on. Can't we make them a little more natural, not so "plastic surgery"? I love Twigling's dolls boobs, but her facial style doesn't appeal to me. Would like better looking boobs please!

A PSA Regarding Dolls and Makeup
I recently noticed some responses to a doll confession suggesting that wearing makeup is not a good idea for doll meets, because the makeup can get on the dolls. In reality, the average frequent makeup-wearer does not touch their face because that's bad for the makeup, and is thus unlikely to transfer makeup to dolls. Properly applied makeup doesn't just fall off onto dolls. Most doll owners are also aware that because human makeup includes oil, human makeup is not suitable for use in faceups and should not come in contact with resin. Nobody should feel pressured to wear makeup to a meetup if they don't want to, but similarly, conscientiously worn makeup doesn't threaten the dolls.
In the event that makeup does get on a resin doll, the makeup can be removed:
Put a bit of a de-greasing soap (like dish soap) and water onto a paper towel or washcloth.
Carefully wipe away the makeup. If the makeup is on a faceup or body blush, blot/tap instead of wipe! Most sealed faceups/blushing can withstand a gentle cleaning, but ymmv.
With a different, clean, damp paper towel or washcloth, wipe/blot away the soap residue. This may need to be repeated a few times.
Dry the piece of resin and check for remaining oil or soap. Clean again if necessary. *** Note! I don't have any vinyl dolls. If a makeup-wearing vinyl doll owner wants to chime in with vinyl info, please do!
When planning a meetup, you should choose a location with access to a sink that has soap. Outdoor events far away from running water can include wet wipes and dry towels. People should wash their hands or put on gloves if touching a doll after doing *any* of the following things...
Touching their face, skin, or hair (even a bare face has oil on it, and most faces are oilier than other parts of the body)
Eating
Picking a wedgie
Blowing their nose
Touching a child
Getting sweaty
Nail polish can be a danger to dolls. Nails are more likely to come into contact with resin than makeup. People who wear nail polish can use gloves to protect the dolls from accidental color transfer. Some people suggest that gel/UV nail polish is less likely to transfer than regular nail polish, but ymmv.
BONUS SECTION: Fun tips for makeup users
Don't touch your face
Don't touch your face
Don't touch your face
Don't touch your face, because you'll mess up the makeup, and you'll get your fingers dirty
Consider your outfit when applying makeup. You will need to manage the foundation in your neck/jaw area if you plan to wear a high collar.
If you live in a cold climate, make sure you keep a washable scarf between your face and the collar/hood of your coat, unless you want the collar to slowly turn the same color as your foundation. Wash/change no less than weekly.
If you live in a hot climate, make sure you keep a washable hanky or blotting papers for sweat management. A reusable hanky/washcloth is best for the environment! Wash/change daily.
Wash your makeup application tools and brushes with alcohol after one week of use to prevent acne/infection
ALWAYS remove your makeup before bed!
Makeup remover is not enough! Remove makeup, then wash skin at least once with a gentle cleanser.
Skincare needs to be on-point for frequent makeup users! Makeup can dry your skin or cause it to produce more oil, so carefully observe the impact of makeup and change products (makekup or skincare) accordingly.
Consider how you are fighting the kyriarchy every day!
