I've been doing sets of 20 at 115 and 125 pounds for the better part of this year after rehabbing a back injury. Fellow trainer @michaeljfitness busted me for not going heavier. So, last night after warming up, I hit 125, 145, 165, 185 and finally 195lbs. With 10 reps I could probably do more, but that felt good for the night.
