@hotpotatopotat 's au is really cute. Also added an interaction with their Bakagou and my DragonXSiren au Deku and then the my au's Toga who is a Dragon and Siren mix.

I did take heavy inspiration from Falin's (Dungeon Mushi) Chimera dragon design but rather than having a humanoid top the size of a human, she's just a giant lady.

I finished the sketches!

Drawing these made me think a lot about making this an actual au, and I already have a bit of a storyline in mind. There isn't much but I do have like the bare bones of a plot.

I'm thinking of Bakugou being a dragonborn (not dnd dragonborn, they're the same in name only), the prince of a kingdom in the mountains. Deku was born there to a fae and a dragonborn (Inko is the fae). Deku grew up friends with Bakugou but because of circumstances (not sure what), his family moved from the dragonlands. Deku and Bakugou are reunited in their mid-late teens, and there's some tension, both romantic and the usual bkdk tension of complicated feelings.

I have more going on in my head but I'm not 100% on it so I won't say anything just yet. Plus most of what I have is just worldbuilding stuff, mostly thinking about the culture of the dragonlands, I'm basing it heavily on viking culture.

Also they have a babby! I inserted Kazu into this au because I love my little guy, he's just a bby dragonborn/fae.

Finally drew my other bkdk fankids!

I was originally only going to give Kazu a sister but then I I thought about it more and I had too many quirk ideas, so they have twins now :3c

I have a lot of thoughts so forgive me for the ramble so closeups + info dump under the cut!

Michi

I debated a lot with Kazu if I wanted to make him quirkless or not, so giving him a sister gave me the opportunity to do that. I decided she’s going to be the quirkless one of the siblings.

She’s a daddy’s girl (Katsuki) and wants to be just like him, so becoming a hero was a given. She never let her being quirkless stop her, never gave bullies the time of day when they told her she couldn’t. After all, who’s going to tell the daughter of the top two heroes she can’t be one as well? Hero blood runs through her veins.

She gets into UA, passing with flying colors, and gets put into Deku’s class, since he would know better than anyone (besides all might) how to train a quirkless hero.

Michi is confident and outspoken, and that is shown in her loud sense of style. Her aesthetic was heavily influenced by her close relationship with Jirou and Mina, as well as her friendship with Eri influencing her hobbies.

Akari

I decided to add Akari while developing my fantasy au, I don’t know what influenced me but the urge to give bkdk twins was strong and eventually won me over. I’m still ironing out the kinks of Akari’s quirk, but I decided it wouldn’t be something suited for fighting, something that’s a mix of Mitsuki’s and Katsuki’s quirk. Basically this boy sparkles.

Akari in my mind is very sweet and shy, he got Izuku’s temperament along with basically everything else from Izuku. He’s also a mama’s boy (Izuku, I’m using mama in a gender neutral way) hence the Deku merch.

One thing for sure is that Akari feels like the black sheep in his family, they never treat him like he is, but Akari feels immense, self imposed pressure to be like the rest of their family. Akari never wanted to be a hero, they find the idea daunting and much rather sit back and let their family do all the saving.

Instead, Akari wants to be like his grandparents, he wants to get into the fashion industry. Whether it be through modeling or designing, they feel the siren call of the art world. After voicing this to his parents they would of course be wildly supportive, despite Akari’s fears, and he gets into the general studies course at UA.

I also imagine that Akari and Michi are identical twins, because Akari is afab :3c

I finally drew my bkdk fankid for the first time since his initial doodles, and he's grown! no longer a baby he is slightly older baby :3

I have so many thoughts about him + his little sister who I have yet to draw, I will be doing more fankid stuff trust.
