10 minutes of jump rope is equivalent to a 30 minute jog on the treadmill at 6.5 miles an hour. ________________________________________ Can't jump for 10 minutes? Do 10 sets of this with a 30 second rest in between each set:: 100 jumps (10 basic jumps/10 alternate foot jumps) Try to speed up on the alternate foot jumps to raise your heart rate and provide a greater challenge. ________________________________________ To add to the challege, jump with a weighted rope. I'm demonstrating with the 1/4 lbs and 1/2 lbs rope bit.ly/jumpropemif #jumprope #thesoxbox #bklynstrong #crossrope
