I really adore characters who are desperate for approval and insult themselves and find someone who will genuinely stop them from insulting themselves and protect them and teach them to be kind of themselves.

It doesn't happen often, sadly, it mostly just turns into teasing that reinforces their own thinking about themselves but framed differently and this is absolutely that but it's better than it could have been.

MAME has never written a relationship like this even though she has come so close. But somehow, it never fully turns into reassurance, it's just that they don't care they're dumb... not that they're not dumb.

And that's why I enjoy them but never totally adore them, in the end.

Basically, I want more SkyJao in my life.

Borderlands brought me and my girlfriend closer together six years ago. Borderlands also brought her closer to the guy she left me for.

I used to play with my friends all the time, I was the Zer0 of the group, but I ended up taking a 2 year break from all games due to school and I lost touch with those friends. Now everytime I play I miss playing with someone so much because it’s so much fun when someone is with you while making lame jokes and just messing around.

The first time I played borderlands my dad taught me how to play which slowly grew into daughter/father game for my dad and I.

Me and my best friend bonded over Borderlands, I have to thank BL for meeting her online, otherwise I feel like we would have never met.

My girlfriend and I play borderlands 2 together, she always plays a healing siren and i go for something damage based. This latest playthrough i go as krieg because she’s never played with a krieg before and never watched his trailer so she never knew krieg and maya were some kind of “thing”. I liked that “thing” they were, and so whenever she went down and I’d be reviving her we’d both hear krieg saying “LOVE YOU” and i’d laugh and tell my girl i loved her… and to “get down pretty lady”.

I have a friend who has trypophobia (fear of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes). She really wants to play BL2, but the hexagonal screen that flashes when you take damages triggers her phobia and as a result shes unable to play the game. I makes me sad that I can share the great experience that is Borderlands 2 with her.

I got the Handsome Collection and the Game Of The Year Edition for Borderlands 1, and after a few years of not playing the game, i realized how much I loved it.  I think back when I first go into it, back when 2011 when Borderlands 2 came out, because these two friends where like “you should totally get this game” and I thank them for it. And now i’m doing boss runs and all sorts of things with my brother and one of those two friends. I am waiting for BL 3, so we can wreak havoc on a new vault. Really hopin’ it isn’t shitty like TPS.
