Out of all the art forms can we all agree that singing is the most anxiety inducing...?

Example

- when you draw/create you can pick and choose who you show and if anyone looks over your shoulder you can tell them to bugger off.

- with dancing you have the endorphins of movement to fight the anxiety till it goes away.

But when you sing you have no privacy, nothing to keep you distracted from the anxiety and you're there feeling exposed to judgement and if you feel the anxiety too much it effects your voice 🤣😭
