as we know, red daughter was born after kara touched the harun-el and split. i always wondered how she's divided, because she was clearly not good//bad, until now at least. according to this last episode, red daughter is made of pure rage that eventually gets into those drugs. so my question is, is that why kara didn't selfishly ask her mom, or even mon-el, to stay? because all her rage was gone? the traumas we saw her face in the beginning of s3 show that she had a lot of rage and disappointment inside, and i always refused to believe that kara, the real (complete) kara would react so calmly to all of those things.

ever since the finale aired i've been in a constant state of annoyance with all the new characters they're adding. it's getting ridiculous, not only we had to say goodbye to two fan-favorite characters, but now they're shoving all these characters down our throats.. plus, at the sdcc 2018 they kept saying that the focus would've been back on kara and 1. i dont really know how it's gonna happen with all these characters 2. they didn't have space for alura to come back?? im so pissed that they had her return from "death" for nothing and most importantly, they basically killed kara zor-el in the finale. kara shouldn't be forced to forget her kryptonian roots to be kara danvers, especially in this season with agent liberty being all anti-alien, kara should embrace her alien persona, instead of just seeing things either from a reporter's perspective or supergirl's point of view. the writers just forgot about balance, they think it's either one thing or the other.. it's sad.
