can u show what your wlp enclosure looks like and how its heated/kept humid i Really Wanna see
ill prob make a separate post w more pics so its easier 2 see but hes in a 36” x 18” x 18” exo terra.
bc hes so small and his tank is so big, he has foliage out the ass & 3 separate hides to keep him feeling secure.
for heat he has a large zoo med UTH hooked up to a zilla thermostat. i use a zoo med reptifogger + regular spray bottle to add humidity to his cage and the eco earth bedding helps a little to retain it. (plus he luvs to burrow in it)
but since i live in an arid wasteland that alone wasnt cutting it so the real MVP as far as retaining humidity was actually something i came up with >
the tops of these front opening exo terras is divided into 4 sections like this
so i went 2 ace hardware & had a few plexiglass panels cut to size and use them to keep 3/4 sections covered, leaving one open for ventilation
that makes a significant difference so if any1 lives somewhere dry as balls and is having trouble keeping humidity in a screen top: this shit works. some day i wanna turn this into a bio-active planted viv but this is nice 4 now :-)
its world snake day every snake in the world is invited to my house
