Depends, because to me any ancient in the villain AU can be a Yandere.
And the reason I see this is because each ancient has some kind of angsty back story.
Of course, some of them already have a sad/heart breaking back story.
I think they all have different ones tho from like the canon.
Tainted Vanilla is basically White Lily’s but with an altered outcome in a sense.
Hollyberry thought she was loved by her subjects but really they just wanted power and betrayed her.
Dark Cacao since he was a child lived in really poor conditions, with his parents dying by the time he was barely an adolescence.
Golden Cheese once loved a cookie only to be completely ignored and replaced by another.
Black Lily was always jealous of her older twin being the favored/talented child and in the end decided to follow Tainted Vanilla so that she could prove she’s just as good.
Idk really, these are just some mini ideas.
