The Black Rabite is available after beating the final boss on any route now. Return to your final dungeon area of choice and you should find a Black Rabite statue right near your arrival point; that'll teleport you to the rabite's room. Good luck, it's legitimately much harder than the new postgame boss.

I wonder if the bug from the original is still there. If you gave him dark damage (healing him) than used light damage, his HP would drop to zero instantly xD
