Ait so..... I didn’t write the directions down from last year but I think I remembered it all like my neighbor Mis Dorothy said last year, Jamaican mekk it by air.... start with 7 sticks of butter and 7 eggs (add eggs one at a time) and 2 cups of sugar. Last year I did use brown, I think. This year I forgot but like last year I added maybe a 1/4 cup of molasses. Add your seasonings (allspice is a must, but you gotta get your spice combo from your own relatives lmao. Mi nah giway evryting, mon.) Then add self-rising flour till di spoon cyan stan’up and fall slow. Ended up being roughly 3 cups. Add Jamaican Browning til di colour please yu. Oven is set at 275 degrees, most important is a pan of water to help them cook evenly. Because I had a little left over I put it in a loaf pan. Take a Generous amount of wet Bounty and wrap it in heavy duty foil in a long flat strip, and wrap it around the pan. This should cook about 80-90 minutes, maybe more. Don’t try it till I tell you how it comes out lol.
