4th January 2023 by Rob Sutherland Via Flickr: This is a new angle for me - the forest that obscurred the view from up above Loch Dochgarroch has been felled and the new road pushes higher up the slope giving a different vantage point to photograph the northern end of Loch Ness.
5th January 2023 by Rob Sutherland Via Flickr: Today I decided to make another trip to Blackfold for another go at a similar photograph. This time, rather than the Nikon, I took a Mavic 2 Pro drone as I wanted to get a little distance from the road, but maintain a similar elevation. The low mist and cloud hanging over Loch Ness just added to the drama that this vantage point offers.
