Fabric Choices for “I Will Change the World” All of the fabrics in this quilt are 100% High Quality Cotton. Occasionally I have the opportunity to have a fabric designer/houses design specifically [sic] me. . The background - is designed by watercolorist and fabric artist Denise Burkitt. Denise lives in Australia and had promised if I came to visit, she would create a fabric with and for me. About three years ago, I travelled to Australia, and as promised we created a few pieces of fabric together. The background in “I Will Change the World” is one of those fabrics. . However, what I am truly proud of are the other cottons in this quilt. They are from Latifah Saafir Studios | @latifahsaafirstudios, a small black female owned fabric house; which I am honored to do business with. Her fabric line is very high quality and needless to say exceptional.
