It had been four years since Oogie’s reign over Halloween Town had ended. Everything was calm and peaceful... or so the town folk thought. What they didn’t know was someone was watching them... someone wanted to see the town burned to the ground... but who?
In the graveyard, the wind howled ominously and the moon hid it’s bright ray of light behind the clouds. Something wasn’t right...
Or so I’ve heard...
New Allies?
Oogie sat against the large tree he called a home with a sigh, staring up at the nighttime sky. Just because he was banished to this spot outside Halloween Town doesn’t mean he doesn’t go out of his lair once in a while. He let out a deep sigh.
Now that Halloween was almost upon everyone and he chose up to now to do something productive about it and try to get rid of Jack once and for all.... he was drawing at a blank. Was he... really losing his touch?
He looked out towards the woods nearby, trying to think up a sure-fire plan.

Riff Raff scurried ahead as the other two followed. He stood at the top of the spiral hill with a gleefuil and impish grin. He then looked over to his cohorts and yelled at them in an authoritative tone.
“Man, you guys as slow as molasses, quit dragging your feet and move your asses!”
Ginx rolled her eyes at her brother as she hurried up the top and then crossed her arms. She was not slow, Trouble was slow! He was always slowing her down! She tapped her foot and looked over and finally smiled as Trouble made it up to them.
Trouble grinned and licked his lollypop and then asked his best friend.
“So what did ya wanna do, Riff?”
Riff Raff clapped his hands together and beamed as he got an idea... an down right awful idea that will make for the town’s greatest gag in history! He grinned and said happily.
“We’re gonna steal a pumpkin.. no wait! We’re gonna steal the whole patch and when Jack comes up here to look down at his batch...”
Ginx rolled her eyes and smacked her brother in the back of the head that was the absolutely most stupidest thing she had ever heard. She then spoke up as she said to Riff.
“That’s the dumbest scheme you have ever schemed and you scheme a lot of dumb schemes!”
Edgar could be found bird-watching in the forest near Weselton on October 31. The date didn’t distract him too much since not only was he no longer of the age to be out trick or treating, he also needed (in his mind anyway) to relax from the time he spent planning for the Halloween ball in Weselton. Which outfit to wear, which dance moves to flaunt, etc.
Indeed as far as Edgar was concerned, the last thing on his mind was discovering a tree with a door knob in its bark. Further still was him actually turning the knob to uncover a hidden world beyond much to his terror and later chagrin. And so thus, that’s how the smaller man fell gracelessly into Halloween-Town...

Harrow aimlessly wandered the graveyard. His eye fixed in a heated glare at the town that sang it’s merry chorus of Halloween cheer. He hated them. If that bloody jack hadn’t put up that light barrier he’d own that town and shatter that bag of bones. He suddenly heard footsteps behind him. Curiosity getting the best of him he turned toward whoever as approaching.
