So, yesterday was something else. Originally was going to be a networking event for 2 small businesses, an in-person goal planning with a marketing agent, a phone meeting for another small business, then performed stand-up that latter afternoon...turned into being a guest on a podcast. Loni, the host of The Lion Palace, has a few things in common with me: nature, earthing, health, and even earthing/barefooting. It was my first time meeting her yesterday and she invited me to be a guest on her podcast, which I gladly accepted. We originally were going to do the podcast in one of the quiet rooms in mpy local library, but we decided to go on a barefoot walk on the nature trail by my local library for a more natural podcast episode; talk about barefooting while barefooting in nature itself. True that we somewhat got distracted by nature during the podcast, but it did show that it was not scripted and just got on the stop and impromptu.
