The road to #50k100days has been exciting, nerve-wracking, and enlightening for @nicole.young and me. While we both explore the uncharted territory of entrepreneurship, Nicole and I have discovered some of our strengths and weaknesses and built a process that supports and unifies our workflows. Throughout that process, I've become increasingly aware of women's experiences in the tech industry and the barriers to their development. As men, we must become aware and act to change the problems that exist within the industry- we have the power to do so. Still, apathy perpetuates the difficulties women and minorities face.
