These blackout brownies are the best chocolate treat you can ever have. They're rich, fudgy, and full of chocolate chips, so they're perfect for when you want something sweet.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 4 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped walnuts optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts if using. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
