i have such a deep visceral anger within me and i don’t know how to address it. it doesn’t ever come out, i never get mad at other people for doing things to me. maybe i get frustrated but i almost always immediately let it go. and most people in my life view me as soft and quiet. which i still am but they never expect anger from me. i just want to let it out.
