Beautiful beach scene yesterday with families out taking a stroll and bathing their feet at Blackrock baths I wanted to show the difference between the two, and it's pretty obvious! One more transparent than the the other, the gouache is hitting you in the face with strong colours and depth. Watercolour more subtle and blending. Each has its own unique quality. I think I still prefer watercolour for its simplicity and can do things 'unexpectedly'.. happy accidents! Both available: 12" x 9" Watercolour/ Gouache. DM me for details.
