Ingredients: 200g longevity noodles. 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 shallots, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: Cook longevity noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast black sesame seeds until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Grind toasted sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder until finely ground. In a small bowl, mix together ground black sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce. Set aside. In a separate skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
