If you’ve been hammering away in Blacksmith Master, the fresh medieval management sim from Untitled Studios, you’re in for more. Hooded Horse just released the first part of the Blacksmith Master roadmap, and let’s just say… things are about to get epic. Next up, we’re getting a brand-new production chain: coin minting. Take your copper, silver, or gold ingots and turn them into glorious royal currency. Perfect for adding prestige—or just flexing your wealth.

But wait, there’s more. Staff management is getting a serious overhaul. You’ll soon have more control over your crew — tweaking their loadouts, optimizing their roles, and basically turning them into the medieval dream team. In Blacksmith Master, you start off as a humble blacksmith, but your goal is to become the go-to tycoon smithy for everyone in the kingdom. You’ll be crafting everything from basic iron ladles to epic masterwork weapons. The game is all about forging your path to success. Doing so by taking on orders from all over, making money, gaining experience, and unlocking new recipes as you go. And it doesn’t stop there — you’ll also be expanding your facilities and hiring workers. All to help you build the best blacksmith shop around.

Nearly 100 different items to craft and sell, whether it’s a simple household tool or a fancy piece of jewelry. The variety is going to keep you on your toes, with plenty of challenges as you try to master each item.

As a tycoon, you can specialize in what you want to create Blacksmith Master. Whether it’s household goods, weapons, or jewelry. As your business grows, you’ll be able to expand into new areas and become a master in your chosen craft.

Build your business from the ground up, literally. You’ll be setting up production chains from the mines for raw materials to the workshops where you craft your goods, and finally, to the storefronts where you sell them. And yes, you can design your shop to be as eye-catching as possible!

Your shop isn’t just a one-floor wonder. You can expand across multiple floors, with areas dedicated to crafting, displaying, and selling your creations. Make your shop the best in the land, from top to bottom.

Hiring and managing staff is also part of the game. Part of being a Blacksmith Master tycoon, you’ll be in charge of developing their skills. While assigning them to the areas where they’ll be most effective. Want a team that’s specialized in weapons? Go for it!

And for those of you who love to get hands-on, there’s a direct control mode where you can jump into the action and craft items yourself. Plus, there are mini-games that add an extra layer of challenge—perfect for when you want to get your hands dirty.
