Received a Blackstone griddle for my birthday yesterday. About to turn into a hibachi chef!!!

Breakfast... Fancy French toast with salted caramel sauce, whip cream and fresh strawberries on top with thick bacon...cooked on the Blackstone griddle. 😋 nom nom nom.

It’s that time of the year again where we can break out the griddle for some of our favorites for our weekly safety lunches at work. Today’s line up includes Sausage, peppers, onions, and Kielbasa. Who’s ready to sit down to a nice lunch, and a wonderfully OSHA compliant discussion about NFPA 70E Arc Flash Protection.... I promise there’ll be ice cream for dessert....
