It’s that time of the year again where we can break out the griddle for some of our favorites for our weekly safety lunches at work. Today’s line up includes Sausage, peppers, onions, and Kielbasa. Who’s ready to sit down to a nice lunch, and a wonderfully OSHA compliant discussion about NFPA 70E Arc Flash Protection.... I promise there’ll be ice cream for dessert....

Prepping for the weekly safety meeting lunch for tomorrow.... Picked up 15 pounds of steak tips, that'll have a date with the 36" Blackstone griddle. Just finished trimming and starting the Marinade. We'll have some peppers, onions, and mushrooms on the side. We'll also have some baked potatoes, along with some black beans and rice. Can't forget the pies for dessert..!
