“Moving on Up”

Life has been treating me very well in Florida. Everything that I pretty much wanted or needed to happen is happening. The only thing that could top it is getting a guaranteed job in Florida or having the ability to love someone who loves me or multiple frfr. These miscellaneous pictures of me with different animals are all so special because it’s a constant reminder of how much I still want to do herpetological work in coordination with working with people. Career wise i don’t know where it will happen, but either way I need a job where I can still smoke herb.

I’m doing a lot of great things with relation to nature & people of color. Those are my two favorite topics. I hope to be a part of the movement that resolidifies the powerfulness in black land. In native lands and their preservation. Placing importance and vigilance on truly changing the planet and the people who try go govern it.

I am a lot a bit obsessed with the curves in my body and especially my side profile... my hair isn’t cooperating because it’s hot outside. anyways. I just wanted to bring y’all some regular black dress content. I’m not feeling today at all. If y’all want to help a poor collegiate bitch keep doing what she wants this is my cashtag $laportiap. I will be working this summer and trying to save hella money and also trying to develop new ideas for my future streams of revenue. For one I will actively work on a cookbook. I may do seasonal versions. I also, will be working on music that maybe gets me some form of profit. Lastly, a full time salaried job in Florida with enough 💰💰💰 to rent one more apartment and then buy a house. The house I will live in while i travel the world.

I can be honest I do work out 3-4 times a week, but I also am a fat ass and eat and cook what I want. I won’t stop going to the gym because I absolutely love it. I think you should love yourself and be your own body goals. FYI I’m so hapy to be posting postive content.

y’all graduate school is some absolute bullshit. i know i’m getting paid for this, but i’m ready for this to be over. i want a loving partner in crime. i want a house in florida. i want to stop feeling irritated by every little thing. goodness gracious. like who starts a class the week before school and i’ll just be barely finishing my summer research? it’s like non-stop... pray this degree gives me leverage because i won’t be getting any other degrees until i have full time help. i’m too much of a do whatever i want type of bitch to still be working for the white man and not eating enough meals each day. it’s ridiculous. i’m not trying to complain i’m on the right track i’m technically in my bag... hell i’m going to la on monday , but being so far from everyone i love and any quick support that could come from a hug or a smile besides my mom who reminds me of all the debt i’m in would be helpful. Sigh

“Should I become a yogi?”

many of y’all know that i naturally seek methods of the mind and the heart to restore. i have been meditating for years on and off having been brought to the process through veganism. today i just took a leap and went to a tribal yoga class in the town that my school is. tbh as a black woman i was hesitant to ever walk into a yoga studio let alone a class. idk what it was, but everything just seemed like it wasn’t for me down to the music. in undergrad i went to one morning yoga class and after never went back, but tried to practice on my own my sophomore year of college. tonight i leaped in and brought friends and thoroughly enjoyed myself. i think next semester my self love investment will be in finding peace within my body to restore me for the next chapter. i’m not saying i want to be a yoga professional, but i wouldn’t mind letting it be a part of my weekly practices of self care and $88 bucks for unlimited classes all month doesn’t seem that bad in an excellent facility. we’ll see

hey y’all i’m up at 2 am just thinking about how little time in life we have to truly enjoy life and it’s bountiess... especially the closeness we can feel to earth and our energies inside our minds and bodies. most of us come from hard working people who are driven and seldom have made or had time for love ethics that involve evolution of their personal thoughts and love for themselves...i am really venturing to encourage people to spend time alone loving what makes them feel comfortable, special, and their whole self.. i want more people to go into the world not settle on nonsense, but embracing the realities that you don’t have to stand or live in stagnance and nonsense when you deserve everything you can get or desire in reasonable and realistic happiness that starts with you...
