Fourth 12 hour shift in progress, one more to go. Wheeeeee!
Yesterday I got up at 4 am and did a little workout at home 20 mins as many rounds as possible
5 ball slams with 30 lb slam ball 10 push-ups 15 kettle bell swings 12kg
I was rudely interrupted by a black widow spider after 8 rounds (about 15 minutes)and lost some steam for the last five minutes/did some crazy spider aerobics instead. Can I consider it a funeral for my fat since the spider was wearing black and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw it?
Today I slept in till 5 am. Tonight I’d like to work on grip strength when I get home. Ill see how I feel at the end of the day.
