Nice. I couldn't do it, I'd never get anything done. I don't think I could be that disciplined. Well, besides I'm a nurse so I really wouldn't want a bunch of sick people at my house ;-)

Thank you guys! I do feel so much stronger in the last just couple of months, honestly! It's very cool! Almost makes me want to start lifting ... almost! LOL!

Thanks for the tip! I will try that next time. I'm so not technically up to speed unless it's medical equipment. Then I can run a machine that will breathe for you or make your heart beat. Lol!

haha! no problem!  Learning how to work tumblr is a process just like breathing machines ... although, probably not quite as dire in the consequences if you make a mistake here. :-)

I actually am setting one up this month! haha I was going to announce it later, but I'm trying really hard this year to get my art out there and available for people to buy/donate for. 

I already have a society6 shop set up for more professional merc and a gumroad account set up for printables!

Ill post more when I create it and get some products on there, but I thought making planner pages, stickers, and just some cool stuff in general for tumblr's would be fun :)

Fourth 12 hour shift in progress, one more to go. Wheeeeee!

Yesterday I got up at 4 am and did a little workout at home 20 mins as many rounds as possible

5 ball slams with 30 lb slam ball 10 push-ups 15 kettle bell swings 12kg

I was rudely interrupted by a black widow spider after 8 rounds (about 15 minutes)and lost some steam for the last five minutes/did some crazy spider aerobics instead. Can I consider it a funeral for my fat since the spider was wearing black and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw it?

Today I slept in till 5 am. Tonight I’d like to work on grip strength when I get home. Ill see how I feel at the end of the day.
