Anon from yesterday about weakening my bladder. Thanks for your tips. I’ve tried rapid desperation before but I find I get distracted if I don’t have specific times/amounts. Would you be willing to give me a schedule for a couple days that includes, Coffee, water and one other drink of your choosing and when I should drink them and when I should pee? Cool if not just thought it might be fun to get someone else to create the schedule.
Oooh okay, I see! I'll be honest, I've never actually measured what I drink before or used a schedule so it might not be the best. When I hold I just kinda go with what I've got 😂😂

For the First Day, Bladder Weakening Mode:
Start the day with your favorite beverage, like coffee. One cup, plus a tall glass or one bottle of water. Pee right after you finish and hold whatever is left. For this day, just pee whenever you feel the slightest urge.
Throughout the day, alternate your drinks between water and another drink or two of your choice. (Make it fun!) Have a sports drink or a soda along with the water, or do both! Whatever you like. Continue to pee whenever you feel and urge and then keep filling up. Try to drink between 6-7 bottles (or tall glasses).
Repeat for Day 2. Start the day off with your coffee/water combo and hold while you are drinking it. Do the same as yesterday, let your bladder weaken by peeing as soon as you feel an urge, and then continuing to fill yourself up. You can of course give yourself some fun time to feel squirmy by pushing back some of your bathroom breaks and enjoying the feeling :3
With your bladder now weakened from 2 days of being used to peeing, we're gonna start to fight with it. Start your day the same. Have your morning coffee (or whatever you'd like to start with) plus a water, and pee only when you have finished both.
Drink a glass of water after each bathroom break.
An hour later, have another water.
With each meal, have a Fun Drink (tea, soda, etc) plus a Water (or just two waters if you dont have or want that).
-One in the morning, after your coffee/water combo
-Right before bed (unless you want to try and hold overnight 😳)
-Take a shower at some point during the day and hold during that.
-Before you are allowed to pee, stand in front of the toilet with the water running (or water sounds playing) for two minutes
