So, a bit of context: I'm F, 22, currently living with my parents, and I'm away during daytime for work and study. Recently, I started to love omorashi and all.
Do you have some tips for me since I'm willing to try holding challenges, but without people finding out? Like, public things are a huge turn off for me, especially with family.
I'm sorry if this request is weird 🥺 If you want, could you please recommend me some challenges as well? Or give me one yourself if you feel like it! Anyway, thank you in advance!
Hey! I’m doing ok. Thanks for asking.
It’s not a weird request at all. To be honest, when I started getting into omorashi, I lived in my college dorm and then with my parents due to COVID. One difference for me was that on certain days it the week, I was home alone during the day, but it wasn’t for very long. Now I live alone, so clean up for leaking or wetting is what I have to deal with.
As far as tips go, I’d say having some washable and waterproof throw or towels helps a lot. It can decrease the mess if you wind up making one. Doing your own laundry helps too. I’d also say if you know your family’s schedules, you might be able to work around them for short amounts of time alone.
When I was in college and living in the dorm, one challenge I was introduced to was having a bladder schedule. The premise of this is that you are only allowed to pee at certain intervals and those intervals can be as close together or far apart as you choose. For example, you’re only allowed to pee every four hours. I also had a drink schedule where I had to drink a certain number of ounces within those intervals. It was a ton of fun and since I didn’t want to wet or leak around my roommates, if it got too much, I just went to the bathroom to go.
There’s the omo desperation challenge and in that is like a ~hypnosis~ track you can listen to with a full bladder. It’s best to listen to with headphones. It basically encourages you to wet or leak. Do that the night before you do laundry.
Maybe give yourself a timer. From the first time you feel the slightest urge to pee, see how long it takes you to get close to feeling that you might loose control. See if you can increase your time every couple of days.
Since you said I could, here’s a challenge:
Spend a couple hours just drinking plenty of water/liquids and going to the bathroom to pee when you get the slightest urge to go. Maybe this takes up the 4-5 hours before you get home from work/school. This will weaken your bladder muscles a little and make it a bit more difficult to hold for a while. When you get home, set a timer and see how long you can hold. When you get desperate, note the time and see if you can hold a bit longer like 15 minutes. If you can make it, reward yourself by allowing yourself to leak over the toilet for 10 seconds. Then shoot for 30 additional minutes and, if you make it, reward yourself with 20 seconds of leaking over the toilet. If you make it an hour reward yourself by going to the bathroom and relieving yourself.
