Another detail I remember from Blade II is that when they dissect the Reaper corpse, Nyssa instructed Scud to open the mouth for her, which is so funny when I first watched it not just because of Scud's very justified human reaction and reluctance, and then Blade's very crude teasing of him ("sissy").
There are like 5 other people surrounding the table and watching her dissect (Asad, Blade, Reinhardt, Chupa, Whistler). You know if she asked Asad for help, he would do it no questions asked, yet Nyssa had chosen Scud of all people to help open the mouth for her.
Then I think it was such a brilliant moment because that's the first hint of Scud being a familiar to Damaskinos. Nyssa might be the leader of the Bloodpack and heir of the House of Damaskinos, but you don't see her callously ordering her people around. The only time she remotely does that is when the only familiar in the room is present.

I don't even know how to start this but oh my god.
Watching Blade Trinity with the fam, as one does, and in the opening scene (which you can watch here if you want. Little warning for screaming but it's vamp slaying goodness) I see for literally a second... A SECOND... or less before the guy gets garlic powdered, his jacket opens.
