1. I wrote a post about the Creme characters and children here, but Tumblr on my phone is being... odd about displaying it. Hopefully it works for you...?
I could see Blaise bringing it up on an ordinary domestic sort of day, not really "asking" but more wanting to feel out how the MC feels about it and figuring it out together. But! It's a very personal thing so it's certainly one where people should feel free to imagine what they like best/would be most interesting for their MC/etc!
2. I don't think they would, heh. It's relatively early in the year and they wouldn't have had the chance (or given themself the chance) to get to know the MC beyond their own resentment. They'd probably reject them in an annoyed way and might assume the MC was making fun of them.
3. I don't see them as particularly one way or another, especially as it's early in their experience of that kind, but feel free to imagine as you see fit.
