So Meastro being blunt wont work and Necros has a hard time believing anyone would love him. What if the tables were turned? If Necros caught feelings for someone would he tell them or express it in anyway?

The green is the hacker's magic, and Pap thinks Necros is the hacker because of the lingering magic from their earlier fight, and Maestro's injury makes him appear as the hacker's creation. I don't see any of the green on Kah, so it's probably thought that she was brainwashed or tricked.
