For anyone in Sudbury this weekend there’s a really neat workshop taking place! There will be live acoustic guitar while you are placed in supported poses which reset your nervous system and disengage the fight or flight response! . . . I had a little taste of this the other day and it was amazing! For anyone who deals with anxiety (like me) this is simply the body using the fight or flight response when it isn’t needed. The few positions I was in made me feel as refreshed as if I’d just woken up from a full 8 hour sleep cycle! . .
